Isabelle will teach a Floor & Flow Class, drawing inspiration from various training methods this class will give you more awareness about the ease and efficiency of moving the body in and out of the floor. This floor-work based class is focused on the interconnection between our-selves, others and the space around us and how we can use natural forces to propel us through space. We search for tools to enhance sensory awareness through improvisation; building a deeper relation between ourselves and the floor through re-using energy to create a safe movement practice with a focus on centripetal and centrifugal force.

Isabelle has taught dance most recently at Henny Jurriens Stichting, The International School (AICS), Amsterdam Dance Centre and Chassé Dance Studios as well as with Standouts Dance & Drama & LOD Dance Studios (NZ) and the Tanzzentrale Nurnberg (DE).
